Jinzhou Water Pump Factory has established a modern product production base covering an area of over 20000 square meters, introducing over a hundred sets of advanced processing equipment such as precision CNC lathes, ultra long universal grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, large press machines, as well as various international automatic product production lines and testing equipment, making the comprehensive strength of the enterprise at the forefront of the industry.
The customized product design adopts CFD pump station simulation experiments. CFD, abbreviated as Computational Fluid Dynamics, is an interdisciplinary field that integrates fluid mechanics and computer science. It starts from computational methods and utilizes the fast computing power of computers to obtain approximate solutions to fluid control equations. The test comparison shows that CFD is comprehensively leading in several main technical fields related to pump simulation, including modeling speed, solving speed, solving ability under complex conditions, calculation of cavitation and cavitation, types of pumps that can be solved, and accuracy of calculation results. The optimal modeling data is selected for production.

The company has set up two sets of performance testing benches to inspect products on the production line. According to the evaluation and acceptance standards for finished products, relevant testing items are inspected. All products of the company can undergo full performance type tests with microcomputer data collection in the laboratory according to user requirements.
